shocking scene as a tourist aboard the top level of a double-decker sightseeing bus in Center City Philadelphia was stopped last night during a street take over and helplessly recorded the incident where a man on a motorcycle stopped and jumped on top of a car, kicking the Rear windshield where two kids were sitting. The man had a gun that fell out of his waistband as he jumped down. He then headbutted a woman with the visor of his helmet.
