With contributors like Maximillian Alvarez, Marc Steiner, and Taya Graham, TRNN’s viewer-funded model and fearless storytelling make it a beacon for those craving unfiltered truth.

Paul Jay, TRNN’s visionary founder, is a veteran journalist whose career spans CBC’s Face-Off and award-winning documentaries like Hitman Hart: Wrestling with Shadows. Inspired by a mission to counter corporate media’s bias, Jay launched TRNN to focus on stories ignored by the mainstream. His coverage of Gaza’s and U.S. prison strikes, alongside interviews with Noam Chomsky, showcases his ability to connect global and local injustices. Paul soon left to pursue other projects.
